Responsibilities

• Document safety incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Promote positive employee relations and engagement.
• Lead recruitment, training, and leadership development projects.
• Spend 25%+ time on the floor assisting team leaders.
• Conduct daily team meetings and track workload changes.
• Provide timely updates to plant management on shifts.
• Coach and evaluate department personnel; document performance.
• Champion Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure on-time processing of work orders and transactions.
