You will oversee hourly team members, perform root-cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in production or distribution settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly team members in production/distribution.
• Investigate safety incidents and document root causes.
• Lead recruitment, training and leadership development efforts.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects (Six Sigma).
• Plan and deploy workloads; adjust staffing as needed.
• Provide regular feedback and conduct employee evaluations.
• Conduct daily team meetings and communicate updates.
• Ensure proper processing of work orders and transactions.
