Job summary

PACCAR is seeking an Evening Shift Team Lead in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will report directly to the shop floor Supervisors and manage hour-by-hour operations on the shop floor to enhance productivity and quality.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong background in SAP Warehouse Management, and must have at least two years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Benefits include a 401k plan, comprehensive paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to operate independently with little guidance.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of two years manufacturing and/or distribution experience.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisors in managing daily production and distribution flow.
• Resolve daily SAP report issues and act as point of contact.
• Communicate with other departments on order status and tasks.
• Assist in employee training in interfacing with SAP.
