Dynacraft, A PACCAR Company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Assistant Manager based in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will oversee a team of engineers driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and automation. Candidates should have a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and a history of successful quality initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a minimum of seven years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within the automotive sector. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, with a preference for an MBA.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Prior supervisory experience managing engineering teams.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with communication skills.
• Experience coordinating large process improvement projects.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing or similar environment.

• Manage and evaluate the performance of engineering team members.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing processes.
