Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is based in McKinney, Texas, and seeks an evening shift production/distribution supervisor to uphold Dynacraft standards, lead hourly teams, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of supervisory experience, plus strong communication and PC skills (Excel/PowerPoint). Six Sigma/Minitab familiarity is a plus; the role offers growth within PACCAR’s Dynacraft division.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum three years production/distribution supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise, make decisions, and use independent judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of Six Sigma/Minitab software is a plus.
• Flexibility to work 2nd shift.

Responsabilidades

• Assure that all Dynacraft standards are maintained across operations.
• Document safety incident investigations including root cause analysis.
• Promote positive employee relations and engagement.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and leadership development projects.
• Spend at least 25% of time on the floor in areas under responsibility, assisting team leaders with issues resolution and continuous improvement projects.
• Supervise hourly team members in production and/or distribution departments.
• Complete root cause analysis documentation for quality related issues.
• Logistically manage deployment of shop floor team members.
• Train and evaluate performance of department team members; provide regular feedback; prepare employee evaluations; recommend disciplinary action as appropriate.
• Conduct daily communication meetings with team members.
