PACCAR is seeking an Evening Shift Team Lead for its Louisville, KY operations. This role supervises shop floor activities, ensures on-time production and distribution, and resolves SAP issues with the team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing or distribution, SAP experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years manufacturing and/or distribution experience.
• Experience with SAP/RF/Operations preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisors in managing daily production and distribution flow.
• Assist in deploying shop floor personnel logistically.
• Resolve daily SAP report issues and act as data-process contact.
• Recommend process or system changes to improve safety, productivity, or quality.
• Work with Supervisors to improve system knowledge base.
• Communicate order status and plant tasks with other departments.
• Assist in training employees interfacing with SAP.
• Other duties as assigned.
