Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a 2nd shift Production/Distribution Supervisor in Louisville, KY to uphold Dynacraft standards of Safety, Quality and Efficiency. You will spend significant time on the floor, guide hourly team members, and coordinate with other departments to meet daily goals.

Bachelor's degree and at least three years supervisory experience in production or distribution are required. Strong PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are expected; Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years production/distribution supervisory experience.
• Flexibility to work 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly team members engaged in production/distribution.
• Document safety incidents and root cause actions.
• Promote positive employee relations and engagement.
• Participate in recruitment, training and leadership development.
• Logistically manage deployment of shop floor teams.
• Provide regular feedback and conduct evaluations.
