Job summary

Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is seeking an Evening Shift Team Lead to oversee hourly shop floor operations and coordinate production and distribution with Supervisors. The role requires independent work, strong leadership, and SAP WM proficiency.

You will respond to data issues, support safety and quality improvements, and train staff in SAP usage while maintaining high attendance and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must operate independently while contributing to a strong team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; working knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management.
• Proven record of attendance, dependability and safety.
• Self-motivated, well organized and able to handle high-volume operation pressures.
• Computer literacy with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisors in daily production and distribution flow.
• Help deploy shop floor personnel and manage deployment logistics.
• Resolve SAP report issues; act as contact for data process errors.
• Recommend process or system changes to improve safety, productivity, quality.
• Improve system knowledge base with plant personnel; coordinate with other departments.
• Assist training of staff in interfacing with SAP.
