Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and data handling skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback.
• Address safety infractions promptly and ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping entries in Kronos for all team members.
