Job summary

THK Manufacturing of America is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.

This position is responsible for supervising production team members, coordinating workflow across multiple manufacturing areas, and ensuring production schedules are achieved through the effective utilization of people, equipment, and resources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience leading or supervising employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and production scheduling.
• Basic computer skills and experience with production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
• Direct daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Promote and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, attendance, payroll, and equipment records.
