Job summary

THK Manufacturing of America, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.

You will supervise production team members, coordinate workflow across areas, and help achieve schedules through optimal use of people, equipment, and resources. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, develops team members, proactively solves problems, and drives continuous improvement across production

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and production scheduling.
• Basic computer skills and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
• Direct daily production activities to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and 5S principles applied.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, attendance, payroll, and equipment records.
• Communicate updates and concerns with leadership.
