Job summary

Dodge Industrial, Inc. in Greenville, SC is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive productivity metrics.

You will monitor team performance, conduct annual reviews, provide coaching, ensure accurate Kronos timekeeping, and collaborate with QA and Engineering to resolve production issues. Lean Flex Flow involvement and continuous improvement are key.
