Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Manage production team scheduling, training, and coaching.
• Monitor efficiency, scrap, downtime, and labor usage.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specs.
• Investigate and resolve production, quality, and equipment issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, engineering, materials, and HR.
• Conduct daily production meetings and report KPIs.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production records and reports.
• Support audits and corrective actions.
• Assist with new product launches and process improvements.
• Promote employee engagement and teamwork.
