Marvin is hiring a production associate in North Dakota. You’ll be trained in every aspect of the role and set up for success in a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety comes first.

You’ll build windows and use tools and automated equipment throughout the day. Expect to read instructions on a computer, troubleshoot with your supervisor, and cross-train across departments for variety and higher earnings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment (drilling, measuring, cutting, sawing).
• Read and follow visual and written instructions displayed on a computer screen.
• Work with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety and increase earnings.
