Job summary

Marvin in North Dakota (Manvel) is hiring a production associate to learn every step of the role in a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety comes first. You’ll be trained and set up for success from day one.

Shifts include overtime with pay rates of $18.50, $21.50, and $22.50 per hour depending on schedule. Marvin offers health benefits from day one, paid time off, a built-in pay raise after 6 months, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck
