Job summary

Marvin in North Dakota is seeking a Production Associate to join a climate-controlled, safety‑driven facility where training is provided to set you up for success.

You will assemble products using tools and automated equipment, read instructions on a computer screen, and work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot issues. All shifts require overtime, with pay from $18.50 to $22.50 per hour depending on schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to read and follow computer-screened instructions
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues with supervisor
• Willing to cross-train in multiple departments

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety to your workday.
