Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Production Associate in Minnesota. In this role you will use tools and automated equipment to assemble products, follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen, and work with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly. Crosstraining across departments adds variety and increases earning potential.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 5:00 am–3:30 pm (pay $18.50/hr) and evenings 3:30 pm–1:30 am (pay $21.50/hr). Overtime is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use tools and automated equipment to assemble products - drilling, measuring, cutting and more.
• Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and keep production moving.
• Partner with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly.
• Crosstrainin multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
