Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician for the Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Telemetry unit at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. This full-time evening position offers 32 hours per week with rotating weekends and comprehensive benefits.

Under RN/LPN supervision, you will perform essential patient care activities, monitor vital signs and assist with ADLs while ensuring patient safety and comfort on a demanding, fast-paced unit.

Qualifications

• CNA training preferred.
• Nursing clinical rotation in medical or surgical nursing preferred.
• Eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care tasks under RN/LPN supervision.
• Conduct hourly rounds and respond to call lights.
• Assist with ADLs and basic nursing care.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, weights, and glucose testing.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort.
