Job summary

The Kinetic Group in Lonoke, AR is hiring a Manufacturing Technician, Level 3B for the Evening Shift (3pm-1:30am). You will transport materials, load and feed machines, and manage scrap in SAP/MRP while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Prior forklift certification and English proficiency are required.

We expect one year of forklift experience, basic PC skills, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions. Overtime may be required as part of operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year forklift experience and ability to pass forklift certification.
• Basic PC skills and ability to read process instructions.
• Good command of English, read/write/speak adequately.

Responsibilities

• Transport raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods to ensure flow.
• Operate and monitor machines, load materials, and process scrap.
• Maintain process records and keep area clean and safe.
• Mentor new or temporary associates and follow safety rules.
