Job summary

Remington is seeking a qualified Operations Associate in Lonoke, AR to transport materials, monitor machines, and support efficient process flow. You will load materials, reconcile scraps in SAP/MRP, and maintain clean, safe work areas while adhering to ISO and safety directives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English sufficiently to communicate and follow instructions.
• One year forklift experience and ability to pass forklift certification.
• Basic computer skills to navigate menus and print documents.

Responsibilities

• Operate and tend machines safely to support process flow.
• Load raw materials and convey/process scrap as directed.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and cleanliness in the work area.
• Mentor new and temporary associates in assigned tasks.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE; overtime may be required.
