Job summary

The Kinetic Group in Lonoke, AR is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for the 3A Evening Shift (3pm-1:30am). You will load materials, tend machines, weigh scrap, and document process data to ensure smooth production flow.

Ideally you have a High School diploma or GED, forklift experience, basic PC skills, and the ability to read and follow process instructions. Training on hazardous waste is provided and safety rules are expected to be followed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow process instructions in English.
• Forklift experience and basic computer skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials and operate machines to maintain production flow.
• Weigh and reconcile process scrap; document results in SAP/MRP.
• Maintain clean workspace and follow 5S and safety rules.
• Assist in mentoring new/temporary associates as needed.
