Job summary

The Kinetic Group in Lonoke, AR is hiring a Manufacturing Production Associate 2 for the weekend dayshift (Fri, Sat, Sun) from 4:45 AM to 5:00 PM. You will tend to multiple machines, perform QA checks, and support engineers and operators to ensure process integrity and safety compliance.

Minimum one year manufacturing experience preferred; high school diploma or GED required; overtime may be required. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Computer skills to access process records and procedures.
• Ability to read and comprehend process instructions.

Responsibilities

• Tends to machines and ensures proper operation; calls for technician if needed.
• Maintains documentation and keeps a clean, orderly work area.
• Troubleshoots minor issues and performs basic machine checks.
• Assists engineers and operators with training to ensure process integrity.
• Overtime may be required as needed.
