Job summary

Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech III for Shift 3 at our Lowell, AR facility.

You will perform electrical, plumbing, and general repairs, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, read drawings, and repair equipment across the site. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain/operate a forklift license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, and general repairs across facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Operate forklift and follow safety protocols.
• Enter maintenance data into the CMMS and maintain records.
