Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Manager-Closing to lead a restaurant shift during the 3PM–close window, focusing on sales, profitability, guest service and team leadership. You will support the RGM and AM while directly managing Crew Members to meet brand and operational standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, speed of service, and maintaining inventory and cash procedures, with responsibilities extending to performing Crew Member duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• State issued driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.
• Training and opportunity to advance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a restaurant shift as the Shift Leader to deliver sales, profitability, guest service and people results.
• Direct and coach Crew Members to maintain quality and speed of service during the shift.
• Ensure adherence to cash control, inventory and safety procedures.
• Support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager during assigned shifts.
