Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Manager-Closing to lead a shift during the 3PM to close window. This role focuses on profitability, guest service, people and operations while supporting the RGM and AM.

The successful candidate will supervise Crew Members and ensure high standards of service and efficiency. The position requires 1–2 years of quick service experience, a valid driver's license, and availability for evenings, weekends and holidays, with health insurance as part of full-time

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must have a state issued driver's license.
High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant.
Training and opportunity to advance.

Responsibilities

Lead shift operations and drive profitability during closing hours.
Supervise Crew Members to ensure fast, friendly service and clean surroundings.
Provide coaching to improve restaurant performance and guest experience.
Directly manage shift plans and ensure efficient preparation and service.
Uphold brand standards and cash controls; assist with inventory and cash handling as needed.
