Job summary

Burger King in Eastpointe, MI is seeking an Hourly Manager-Closing to lead shifts between 3PM and close. The role focuses on profitability, guest service, and team leadership while supporting the RGM and AM. You will manage Crew Members and ensure smooth operations and brand standards.

Qualified candidates have 1-2 years of QSR experience, a HS diploma or GED, and are available for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Health insurance is provided with full-time status.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have a state issued driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift as Hourly Manager to drive sales and profitability.
• Direct Crew Members to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain cleanliness.
• Coach team members to improve performance and guest experience.
• Ensure shift plans are executed and operational standards are met.
• Oversee product preparation and prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Maintain cash control, inventory, and safety procedures.
