Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Manager-Closing for shifts between 3PM and close to lead a crew, improve profitability and guest satisfaction, and actively monitor inventory, safety, and cleanliness. You will support the Restaurant General Manager and supervise a shift of Crew Members to ensure fast, friendly service, accurate product prep, and adherence to brand standards across daily operations.

This full-time role requires 18+, a driver’s license, and availability evenings and weekends;

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have a state issued driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant.
• Training and opportunity to advance.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift as the Hourly Manager, focusing on profitability, guest service and people.
• Support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager during shifts.
• Directly manage a shift of Crew Members.
• Ensure accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Coach and provide feedback to Crew Members.
• Set the shift plan and drive operational results.
• Direct efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery.
• Motivate Crew Members on each workstation.
• Review restaurant results for improvements.
• Uphold operational and brand standards.
• Perform Crew Member duties when necessary.
