Schwan's Company is seeking a manufacturing associate for the 2nd shift (B Crew), Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday, from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Start pay is $18.75 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential for hours between 3 p.m.

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to stand/walk on concrete floors for long periods and work in varying temperatures.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Control line speeds, batch formula, production rates, and equipment operations.
• Perform quality checks and ensure product appearance and safety.
• Complete required paperwork (downtime, HACCP, etc.) using SAP and SOPs.
