Schwan's Company seeks a Machine Operator II for the Set Up Crew on the 3rd shift. You will prepare equipment for production, monitor line speeds, and perform quality checks to ensure safe, compliant output.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending/pushing/pulling tasks.
• Able to stand/walk on concrete and work in cold or hot temperatures; overtime/weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment for proper production start-up.
• Control line speeds and batch formulas; start/stop equipment
• Perform quality checks and ensure product safety and accuracy
• Complete required paperwork (downtime, HACCP) using SAP SOPs.
