Schwan's Company in Pasadena, TX is hiring for a full-time manufacturing associate on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 8:30 AM) with a starting wage of $19.75 per hour plus a $1.50 night shift differential. This position offers weekly Friday pay, generous PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k) with company match, multiple health, dental and vision plans, and other company-paid benefits.

You will set up and pre-run equipment, control line speeds and batch formulas, perform quality checks and complete required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand/walk on concrete in cold or hot temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production start-up.
• Control line speeds, batch production rates, start/stop equipment, and ensure product safety.
• Perform quality checks and document downtime, HACCP, and other records.
• Complete required paperwork using SAP SOPs and safety training.
