South Haven Health & Rehabilitation in Hoover, AL is seeking an Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing care 3:00 PM–11:00 PM. You will work with physicians, RNs, CNAs and therapists to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ($25.00–$31.00), a $10,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials, and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama LPN license.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor, assess, and report changes in resident condition.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Educate residents and families regarding care plans.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment.
