Job summary

South Haven Health & Rehabilitation in the United States (Alabama, Hoover) is seeking a Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with competitive hourly pay ranging from $25.00 to $31.00, based on experience.

Night shift differentiators are available. You will work with a close-knit clinical team to monitor resident health, respond to changes in condition, administer medications, and document

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents overnight and report changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a safe, calm, and therapeutic environment.
