Job summary

South Haven Health & Rehabilitation in Alabama is seeking an Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing care from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. You will work with physicians, RNs, CNAs, therapists and the care team to deliver safe, high-quality, resident-centered care.

This full-time role offers a pay range of $25.00–$31.00 per hour, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As an Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse, you\'ll provide compassionate nursing care while coordinating with physicians, Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centered care.
