Job summary

Burger King in Eastpointe, MI is seeking an Hourly Manager-Overnight (8 PM–4 AM) to lead a shift, drive sales and ensure quick, friendly service while upholding standards. The role reports to the Restaurant General Manager and oversees Crew Members during late hours.

Responsibilities include supervising safety, cash handling, inventory, coaching staff, and ensuring accuracy in product preparation and order speed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Must have a state issued driver3_s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and guest satisfaction on assigned shifts.
• Support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations.
• Direct a shift of Crew Members.
• Set an example for Crew Members by implementing shift plan and driving operational results.
• Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Motivate Crew Members during shift on each work station.
• Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensure restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
