Chick-fil-A is seeking a Nighttime Kitchen Manager to lead all back-of-house operations from 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, delivering safety, quality, and efficient throughput. Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen or restaurant setting.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and team management.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH operations 2:00 PM–10:00 PM to ensure safety, quality, and throughput.
• Drive throughput and service excellence to minimize wait times while maintaining standards.
• Manage inventory and food costs, proper stock rotation, and waste reduction.
• Coach and develop BOH team, fostering growth, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with FOH leadership to ensure seamless kitchen-front collaboration.
