Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring for Back of House Team Members on the Night Shift in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll help prepare high-quality food, maintain a clean workspace, and support teammates to ensure the restaurant is ready for the next day.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Evening availability to work until 10:30 PM Mon-Thu, 11:30 PM Fri, 10:30 PM Sat.
Reliable and consistent.
Positive, energetic, and team-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality food quickly and accurately.
Learn and work across multiple kitchen stations (fries, breading, boards, prep).
Follow all food safety, quality, and operational standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen.
Stock products and manage inventory as needed.
Support teammates during high-volume evening periods.
Communicate effectively with team members.
Complete cleaning and closing responsibilities with excellence.
Reset and stock the kitchen for the next day.
Learn new menu items, procedures, and restaurant standards.
