Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a hands-on Material Handler to join our shift-based operations in Kentucky. This role requires safely loading and unloading, operating forklifts, and keeping a clean, efficient warehouse flow to meet daily production goals.

You’ll follow safety protocols, rotate through pallet sorting and lifting tasks (up to 70 lbs), and contribute to a positive team environment with reliability and a strong work ethic. Training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred; training provided if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision.
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers.
• Follow all safety protocols and help us achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort & support by pallet, ensuring product specs and quality standards.
• Maintain production pace to meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay clean and organized; keep a safe, tidy workspace.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
