Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is hiring forklift operators to safely load and unload materials, supporting our production line. This role emphasizes strict safety practices, teamwork, and maintaining quality pallets to meet daily targets.

The position requires physical stamina, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Training is provided where needed and opportunities for growth exist.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred, but training provided if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with forklift to move materials and support production teams.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Hand-sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized, practicing Clean as You Go.
• Be ready for physical work—lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions.
