Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic, safety-minded Forklift Operators to join our production team on a Monday-Thursday night shift (4:30 pm–3:15 am). You will load and unload materials, operate forklifts, and assist with pallet handling while following safety protocols to keep incidents to zero.

Applicants with forklift experience and certification are preferred; we will train and certify if needed. A strong work ethic and team spirit are essential for success in our fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Requires forklift experience and certification; training provided if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials with forklifts, supporting production teams.
• Follow safety protocols to help maintain zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and reach daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep a clean and organized workspace; practice "Clean as You Go".
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions as needed.
