Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking forklift Operators to support our production line in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will load and unload materials, move pallets, and assist with quality checks to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience or certification; we offer training if needed. Strong teamwork, safety consciousness, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred; will train/certify if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with safety and precision to support production.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized, practicing "Clean as You Go".
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
