Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred; training available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load & Unload with Precision: Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers, supporting production teams.
• Safety First, Always: Follow all safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents.
• Sort & Support: Hand-sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Keep It Moving: Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay Clean & Organized: Practice “Clean as You Go” and maintain a safe, tidy workspace.
• Lift & Move: Be ready for physical work — lifting up to 70 lbs and repetitive motions.
