Job summary

Rehrig Pacific, a leading manufacturer in the Ohio region, is seeking a warehouse associate to load and unload materials, operate forklifts, and support production teams on the shift from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM. You will sort pallets, ensure quality, and help maintain a safe, efficient workspace.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience or certification, basic warehouse knowledge, a High School Diploma or GED, and a positive team attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience preferred; company offers training and certification.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in fast-paced, production environments is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload pallets safely using forklifts to support production teams.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents.
• Sort pallets by product specs and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
