Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic forklift operators to support our production teams at our facility. The role involves loading and unloading with forklifts, maintaining safety standards, and keeping operations moving to meet daily goals.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience or certification, familiarity with pallet jacks, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, and we offer training where needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred—but we’ll train and certify you if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision: Safely operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers, supporting production teams.
• Safety first, always: Follow all safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort & support: Hand-sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Keep it moving: Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay clean & organized: Practice "Clean as You Go" and maintain a safe, tidy workspace.
• Lift & move: Be ready for physical work — lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions.
