Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator to safely move materials throughout the facility and support production operations. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, the ability to meet daily production targets, and the physical stamina to lift up to 70 lbs.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience and a willingness to train/certify. High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with familiarity in pallet jacks and general warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred; training and certification available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and standard warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials safely using a forklift and other equipment.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain zero incidents.
• Sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized following the 'Clean as You Go' policy.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
