Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years direct service with adult homeless or vulnerable populations.
• 2 years administrative supervisory experience.
• Valid local driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of Shelter Monitors.
• Recruits, hires, conducts evaluations, and develops staff.
• Minimizes overtime with efficient scheduling.
• Holds regular staff and supervision meetings.
• Approves time sheets and monitors clocking procedures.
• Ensures shift coverage and contract compliance.
• Provides supplies and replenishment support.
• Completes required trainings and monitors staff training.
• Documents incidents and staff violations promptly.
• Manages client intake accurately and timely.
• Performs crisis intervention when needed.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety and security of the facility.
• Addresses staff concerns with timely follow-up.
• Supports CQI and improves client environment.
• Mediates staff conflicts and collaborates with team.
