Lighthouse Mission Ministries in Washington state seeks a Case Manager to deliver 1:1 case management within its Emergency and Enhanced Shelters. You will connect guests with services, support day-to-day shelter operations, and maintain a safe, compassionate environment aligned with our faith-based mission.

The role emphasizes grace-based accountability, volunteer training, and collaboration with community partners to address homelessness through practical and spiritual support.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of experience in Case Management or rescue mission work.
• Formal education in Human Services, Addiction Recovery, Biblical or Christian Studies, or related fields preferred.
• Active church/prayer life and alignment with Lighthouse Mission Ministries' Statement of Faith.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screenings and comply with a drug-free workplace.
• Sensitivity to cultural diversity in all forms is required.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned caseload, assess needs, set goals, and meet with clients 1:1.
• Plan and supervise group case management activities.
• Provide resources and support to help guests access Lighthouse programming and services.
• Use problem-solving independently and with the team to advocate for clients.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of goals, progress, and shelter events.
• Attend weekly case management meetings and regular partner meetings.
• Build relationships with local social service providers and volunteers.
• Model a compassionate, family-friendly Christian environment for guests.
