Job summary

Lighthouse Mission Ministries in Bellingham, WA is seeking a Case Manager to join the Shelter Operations team. You will provide one-on-one case management to residents, support day-to-day operations, and help connect guests with services in a grace-based, hospitable environment.

The role emphasizes safety, emergency response, and spiritual support, with opportunities for group case management supervision, collaboration with community partners, and training.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of case management experience.
• Education in Human Services, Biblical, or related fields preferred.
• Active church/prayer life and alignment with Lighthouse Mission’s Faith statement required.
• Knowledge of homelessness, poverty, addiction, domestic violence, and recovery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload; assess needs, set goals, and meet residents 1:1.
• Plan and supervise group case management activities.
• Coordinate on-site activities in collaboration with the Director.
• Provide a caring, grace-based environment and connect residents to services.
