Job summary

LCB Senior Living is hiring a Resident Care Associate at The Residence at Vinnin Square in Massachusetts. This part-time role offers a 3pm–11pm schedule with a wage band of $20.50–$24.00 per hour based on experience.

Eligible for tuition reimbursement and work with a dedicated team serving seniors. As a Resident Care Associate, you will support residents with daily living activities, administer medications under state guidelines, document care, and participate in programs to promote independence

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Must have completed CNA training or equivalent and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience providing direct care, preferably to seniors with Alzheimer's/dementia.
• Current license/certification as required by state regulations; ability to provide documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide for residents' needs including personal care, safety and emotional support.
• Assist residents with medications per state regulations and document appropriately.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and cognitive stimulation.
• Document services and incidents in the community computer system.
• Escort residents to meals, activities and assist with daily living tasks.
