Job summary

LCB Senior Living is hiring a Resident Care Associate at The Residence at Great Woods in Norton, MA. The role provides personal care, therapeutic programming, and emotional support per the resident service plan, with a focus on dignity and independence for elders.

Primary duties include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting services, and coordinating with nursing staff. State training and orientation are required; strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have completed CNA course or equivalent training and CPR/First Aid.
• Experience in direct care for seniors; dementia care experience preferred.
• Current license/certification as required by state regulations; provide copies.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support as per the approved service plan.
• Assist residents with medications according to state regulations and document appropriately.
• Document services in the community computer tracking system; report changes to RN.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities to promote dignity, independence and safety.
• Support residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
