Job summary

LCB Senior Living is hiring a Resident Care Associate (CNA/HHA) at The Residence at Boylston Place in Massachusetts. This part-time position offers weekend availability and per diem options with a pay range of $21.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have completed CNA course or equivalent training.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• CPR and First Aid training required by State Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining and mobility.
• Assist with medications per State Regulations and document accordingly.
• Document services provided and input data into the community computer tracking system.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and therapeutic programming.
• Monitor changes in resident needs and health status and report to RN.
• Escort residents to meals and activities as directed.
• Maintain clean and orderly living spaces and assist with laundry as needed.
• Participate in in-service and mandatory trainings.
